Quality Department is strictly control and monitor all the dimensions and tolerances of the individual mould parts, accessories, and molded plastic parts.
The QC Engineers and technicians use Co-ordinate Measuring Machine / Projector and other measuring equipments to take measures on all the locations which are specified on the drawings.
It ensures that all the mould parts and accessories assembled onto the mold should meet the specifications and requirements from Engineering Department. The molded plastic part should meet the expectation of the customers.
